Matcha Cups

A really simple way to bring the goodness of matcha tea into your life. You can mix anything you like into these- I found the sweet tart cherries and some mulberry crumble to be a great match and a lovely chewy texture, but other dried fruit or chopped nuts could also work.
You could also allow the matcha layer to set then add a layer of dark chocolate for some extra decadence if you fancied!
Recipe: Matcha Cups
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cocoa butter- melted
- 1 heaped tsp matcha
- 1 tbs agave syrup (or other syrup of choice)
- handful of chopped dried cherries (or other dried fruits)
Method:
Stir together and pour into mini silicone muffin cups approx 1cm thick, allow to set in the fridge before popping out of mould. Alternatively pour into a small lined loaf tin and break into shards once set.
