Strawberry Chia Porridge
/Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1 tbs white chia seed
- 1/3 cup freeze dried berries (I used strawberry but raspberry would be great too)
- 1 cup milk of choice
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes until cooked. Add a little extra liquid to reach desired consistency.
