Ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup macadamia nuts (chop into pieces)
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup dried cherries
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp sea salt

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread out onto a baking sheet. Bake in the oven (170 degree- but all ovens vary!) for around 15 minutes. Turn the granola 2-3 times whilst cooking to get an even bake. Leave to cool for 30 minutes and tuck in!
