Ovenight Oats Go Green with our Blend!
/Serves 1
Ingredients:
Oat base:
- 1/3 cup gf oats
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk powder
- 1 tsp green blend
- 2 tsp syrup of choice
Toppings added in the morning:
- Layer of chia seeds
- Handful fresh fruit
Method:
Mix together the base ingredients in a small tub and allow to sit in the fridge overnight (or for an hour at room temperature).
In the morning, spoon the mix into a serving dish and add chia seeds and fruit to serve.
